<p>Terrana se doreste a fi o comunitate de oameni cu interese ne-conventionale, cu o minte ascutita si o cultura cat mai vasta,</p>
<p>    * suficienti de “copii” (deschisi) incit sa invete permanent, fara sa li se para asta o rusine ci din contra, un motiv de mindrie;<br />
    * suficienti de “maturi” incit sa-si fi construit o scara de valori care depaseste paradigma “oficiala” privind viata in toate aspectele ei<br />
    * suficient de curajosi incit sa creada ca pot sa-si redefineasca lumea (interioara, cit si exterioara) pe baza unor criterii proprii si suficient de fermi incit s-o faca.</p>
<p>“Terranul” ideal este vegetarian convins, cult, autodidact, curios, ii place sa invete (si deci si sa citeasca) si sa se reinventeze permanent, spiritual dar nu religios, tehnico-stiintific orientat, anti-sistem, inventiv, capabil, competent, nu se supune autoritatii, se iubeste si e mindru de el, in consecinta e sincer – in primul rind cu el insusi, ceea ce-i permite sa vada si sa afirme adevaruri pe care majoritatea prefera sa le ignore pentru ca-i deranjeaza. Ideal, intelege macar limba engleza.<br />
Ce vrem</p>
<p>Sa gasim un loc cat mai izolat, curat, “indepartat de civilizatie”  in care sa ne retragem din sistemul politico-socio-economic actual:<br />
# sa-l amenajam in perfecta armonie cu natura<br />
# sa interactionam respectand cateva principii simple de viata – fara reguli, fara constrangeri, fara planificari, fara ierarhii, doar prin intelegere si in deplina libertate.</p>
<p>DECI VREM:</p>
<p>Sa ne proiectam si sa ne construim noi insine locuintele care sa ne reprezinte, din materiale naturale (pamant, piatra, lemn provenit de la copaci uscati)<br />
Sa folosim energii alternative, libere de taxe<br />
Sa utilizam permacultura pentru producerea hranei<br />
Sa cream in final o comunitate complet independenta de societate, capabila sa se autosustina</p>
<p>CODUL BUNELOR MANIERE in micul nostru univers:<br />
Sa comunicam intotdeauna cu sinceritate<br />
Sa ne hranim cu produse vegetale, predominant crude<br />
Sa respectam libertatea personala si orice forma de viata<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Datorita educatiei, cartilor citite, sau ale unor evenimente petrecute, oamenii devin inclinati catre spiritualitate, catre filosofie, catre introspectie.</p>
<p>La mine s-a declansat de la mancare.<br />
Daca vreau sa ma exprim poetic, pot spune ca <strong>mi-am regasit sufletul in cosuri si in slana</strong>. </p>
<p>Din cauza (sau datorita?) cosurilor si a faptului ca orice as face slana ramane lipita de mine, am descoperit dezechilibrul hormonal. Initial tratat cu ignoranta si pasarea responsabilitatii catre medici, mi-a luat 2-3 ani sa realizez ca trebuie sa fac mai mult.<br />
Asa ca am ajuns la tatonarea raw vegan, adica sa mananc numai alimente crude (mai degraba preponderent, pentru ca dupa o perioada de extremism, uneori mai bag si cate o chestie fiarta). </p>
<p>Incet incet am inceput sa ridic capul din pamant si sa inteleg dependeta mea si a celor din jur de multe obiecte/actiuni inutile, anumite tipare de manipulare, tendinte de reprimare, lipsa de responsabilitate si altele care nu fac obiectul acestui text. Si-asa mi-am indreptat curiozitatea nativa catre alte aspecte ale existentei ancootziene.</p>
<p>Faptul ca incet incet aproape toate valorile pe care le aveam inainte s-au dovedit a fi false, e un efect secundar. La fel si salbaticia si sictirul uneori fata de ceea ce multi ani am considerat fericire.</p>

<p>6 zile pe saptamana, 30-40 de minute, antrenamentul facut acasa acasa. Inainte sa incep antrenamentul devin anxioasa pentru putin timp, lucru ce ma motiveaza si mai mult. In timpul antrenamentului ma bucur de fiecare data cand reusesc sa micsorez pauzele, cand depasesc performantele de data trecuta, iar spre sfarsit abia astept sa se termine mai repede. Dupa ce se termina, abia astept antrenamentul din urmatoarea zi. Pe cat de solicitant, pe atat de relaxant este. </p>

<p>Why not topical? Because, skin issues are signals to show us that<br />
we are not eliminating waste efficiently through our natural exit route.</p>
<p>Since our bodies are made to survive, our bodies may choose to eliminate through the largest organ- the skin. That&#8217;s why sweat can smell bad, your body is eliminating waste through your sweat.</p>
<p>Also, be thankful that YOUR body is smart enough to eliminate through your skin, instead of store the toxin into a cancerous tumor or something.</p>
<p>Anyway, back to the beginning&#8230;<br />
Ever since I was 13, I had acne or some type of skin issue&#8230; This caused me<br />
to be very shy, and insecure. &#8230;I felt like nobody could see me beyond my skin&#8230; I would be very anti-social when I had a skin flare-up. I would have highs and lows of energy. This all started around the time I had finished the surgery of removing my appendix.</p>
<p>After that, I spent over 10 years trying every topical cream, antibiotic medicine, and dermatologist suggested regimen&#8230; I was getting desperate, and I was ready for a chemical peel or something.</p>
<p>But, before I looked into more medical options, I started to listen to the beautiful people around me. They had great skin, so I found out what they were doing. Many neighbors in my dog run &#038; park are vegetarian. It was all very curious, so I started to do my own research.</p>
<p>I delve into the vegan world, reading book after book after book. You won&#8217;t believe how many restaurants cater to the vegetarian world until you LOOK!</p>
<p>Anyway, health gurus like Harvey Diamond, Dr. Norman Walker, Victoria Boutenko, Sarma Melngailis, and Matthew Kenney gave me a &#8220;success map&#8221; through their books.</p>
<p>This map was how I was going to make the best out of my life. I took control of my life. No more advice from dermatologists. I was tired to being told what to do. I was going to find out what was right for me. After all, every human is different, so why would the same medicine work for everyone?</p>
<p>A high raw food, vegan lifestyle just made sense. Humans are the ONLY animals on the planet that eat cooked food, and are also the only animals with degenerative diseases and cancer.</p>
<p>I started off slow on salad or fruit before my cooked meals. The raw fruits or salads would give me enzymes to digest the cooked meal. Since I&#8217;m a Chinese American, dairy was<br />
never a part of my life. So, veganism was simple, just cut out the meat, and I could eat everything else. I enjoyed Chinese food, and sushi.</p>
<p>After a few months, I lost some weight and my skin was looking better. I was feeling physically more active. I wanted to keep going. I got into raw vegan foods. This is wear my health skyrocketed. I would eat raw until dinner. After 1 year, I was feeling great, lost a lot of weight, and patches of eczema disappeared.</p>
<p>I would enjoy freshly squeezed juices, raw fruits, salads, raw chocolate, and raw gourmet foods before dinner. At dinner, I would have my cooked meal. So I never felt deprived.</p>
<p>It took me 3 years to completely clear my skin, and I was very impatient at times.<br />
It&#8217;s important to remember that if you had eczema or psoriasis for 10 years, than you must honor that period. Understand that it may take awhile to completely clear your skin, but it will happen if YOU make it happen.</p></blockquote>

<p>Baza de date pe care o acceseaza calorie counter-ul este online si tot online salveaza datele. Oricand, pot exporta un pdf sau csv cu informatiile despre ce-am balotat.</p>
<p>Pentru ca am avut o perioada in care am mancat si gatit (nu are rost sa stau sa enumar scuzele si explicatiile, pur si simplu uneori ne pedepsim pe noi insine prin neglijenta), mi-a fost destul de greu sa revin la 100% raw (mi-a luat cateva zile). Asa ca am stat sa analizez ce se intampla, ce imi provoaca pofta de mancare gatita etc.. Se pare ca cel mai usor imi este pe low fat raw vegan (o sursa buna de informatie este cartea lui D. Graham &#8211; The 80/10/10 Diet; foarte ok sunt si site-urile <a href="http://www.30bananasaday.com/">http://www.30bananasaday.com/</a> si <a href="http://foodnsport.com/">http://foodnsport.com/</a>).</p>
<p>Acum, sa revin la partea din subiect cu proteinele. <a href="http://www.fatsecret.com/export/2827695/91F18/14761/month/food/FoodDiary_Jun_10_foods.pdf">Aici este un pdf </a> generat de aplicatia de pe telefon despre care am vorbit la inceput. Ce incerc sa evidentiez este faptul ca desi am mancat numai fructe si legume (si patrunjel <img src='http://fit.imbalanced.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif' alt=':mrgreen:' class='wp-smiley' /> ), intr-o zi cu 1828 de calorii am avut 51g de proteine, in alta zi cu 1841 calorii am avut 52g proteine, intr-o zi cu 1459 calorii am avut 43g proteine. Si tot asa.</p>
<p>Deci, se pot obtine proteine si din fructe. Deocamdata nu intru in polemica legata de aminoacizii esentiali.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<blockquote><p>One of the primary ways we handle painful emotions is to literally &#8220;eat ourselves numb,&#8221; with dense, hard-to-digest foods, the so-called &#8220;comfort foods.&#8221; This is effective because of the nature of our nervous systems. Our bodies have a finite amount of nerve energy at any given time. The digestion of food and the conduction of emotions each demand so much energy that they cannot be performed simultaneously.</p>
<p>A classic example to demonstrate this property of our nervous system is a funeral, where some people are grieving so intensely they cannot eat at all, while others cannot stop eating.</p></blockquote>
